Raoul Sandner, born 1965, studied law at the Universities of Saarbrücken, Hamburg and Vienna. After his practical legal training he was admitted as a lawyer in 1997 and became a member of the Hanseatic Bar Association of Hamburg. He started his occupational career as a company lawyer for Talkline GmbH & Co.KG (today freenet AG), where as proxy holder he finally headed the legal and regulatory department. In 2001 he established his own law firm. Raoul is familiar with all legal questions of small and medium-sized businesses. Beyond that as a Certified Specialist for Intellectual Property Law he is a designated expert in the areas trademark law, copyright law as well as competition law. He possesses comprehensive litigation experience.

 

Jan C. Spieldenner, born 1983, studied law at the Universities of Hamburg and Bordeaux (l’Université Montesquieu – Bordeaux IV). After his practical legal training in Schleswig-Holstein and at the United Nations in New York (U.S.A.), he was admitted as a lawyer in 2013 and became a member of the Hanseatic Bar Association of Hamburg. Then he started his career as a lawyer at the media law firm Sasse & Partner Rechtsanwälte (now Gutsch & Schlegel Rechtsanwälte). There he worked in a leading role in the areas of copyright and media law. As part of this position, he also gained comprehensive litigation experience. In 2017, he successfully passed the specialist lawyer course „Copyright and Media Law“ of the German Law Academy in Düsseldorf. Since 2018 he has worked for SANDNER Rechtsanwälte as an employed lawyer in the areas of copyright, trademark law, press law and general personality rights and as well as competition law. He also works as a music producer and performing artist. Since 2018 he also runs the record label „Hanseatic Sterling Records“.
